Another tour de France, it is July after all!
Last saturday we had another Cultural and culinary tour de France. I have to mention Bonnie on the blog (I promised) who joined us as she did so well in French last term. Thanks mum! Not a bad "well done at school" present..

To finish the tour, we had a great lunch as Bistro Vue and I couldn't resist talking about my own wedding in France which took place at La Ferme aux Grives in Eugénie les Bains (bistro of Michel Guérard). The two places do have some ressemblance even though La Ferme aux Grives is in the middle of the French south west countryside in les Landes and not the middle of a city! .. nonetheless the same kind of mix: a touch of French sophistication and simplicity.
