with Christelle from Petit Chef
Learn how to prepare a "Charlotte aux fraises" and a "Presse aux poires"!
Take home the desserts and the recipes!
Book quickly on the Cassis site to secure a spot: $49 per child.
The classes run for 45 mins and are limited to 12 children.
The classes are best suited for children aged between 4 to 12 years old.
There are two adults caring for 12 children and the parents are not required to attend.
The space will be secured with the marquee being closed off during the event.

Discover the world of French cheeses with a French cheesemaker, now settled in Timboon, Victoria to make his own cheeses.
Matthieu will take you through the history and region behind the six cheeses you will discover that afternoon.
You will also enjoy a couple of glasses of matching wines.
This event is limited to 24 attendees and will take place inside the Como House, in the great Hall.

With Gilles Lapalus, Winemaker from Sutton Grange Wineries
Born in Cluny, Bourgogne, into a family in the wine industry for three generations, Gilles graduated as an oenologist from Dijon University before undertaking winemaking in several French regions, in Tuscany and in Chile.
Gilles has now settled as the winemaker of the Sutton Grange winery in Castlemaine.
He will share his knowledge and passion with us on during this informative 90mins workshop when you will discover and learn about four Champagne.
This event is limited to 24 attendees and will take place inside the Como House, in the great Hall.
