Cultural tour de France
This was a slightly different tour this Friday as we took a group of five French dames (ladies) through the tour de France.

There was not the same atmosphere and dynamic in the group on this tour.. A lot more talking and comments on everything, a bit less listening! It created a bit of emotion and commotion among the group. But Françoise and I were expecting it..
Mr Truffe was wondering how to do his normal presentation in French! Thibault is so used to delivering his chocolate knowledge and passion in English.. The French dames (ladies) certainly stocked up at the start of the day.
We finished by lunch at the French Brasserie, with bags full of French chocolate, cheese and charcuterie to make the whole family happy back home. There were lots of promises to come back from Brighton to the northern side of town to further explore the secrets of Fitzroy and Carlton.
